United States Shipping Rates
For any purchase under $50.00, we charge only $5.95 for shipping! We use USPS and aim to ship within 2 shop business days of receiving your order. You will receive an email containing shipping information as soon as your order ships. Please allow USPS a few extra shipping days around US Holidays.
For any purchase $50.00 or more, your order ships to any US address for free!
Canadian Shipping Rates
For any purchase shipping to a Canadian address, we charge only $18.00 for shipping! This covers any size/weight package to Canada. We use USPS for shipping.
International shipping will be calculated based on actual shipping costs determined by destination address and country. Note for international orders: Winston Wools™ is not responsible for any duty or customs charges incurred at the destination country. Please contact us with any questions.
Returns within 30 days of purchase date will be eligible for a full refund (less shipping). Here is how it works:

, notifying us that you will be returning the item. Please be sure that the item to be returned is in new, undamaged condition with original packaging including ball band and price tags. Yarns cannot smell of smoke, perfume or contain pet dander. Yarns cannot be unskeined, untwisted or wound into cakes/balls. Yarns that appear to have been reskeined, retwisted or reballed are unsalable and considered to be used.
Once you received a response, ship the item back to us using the delivery services of your choice. When your item arrives here in new condition, you will receive credit back to your original method of purchase (Paypal, credit card, etc.) Please note that if you received free shipping on the original order and you return an item(s), you might now drop below the free shipping threshold. The original shipping cost would then be deducted from your return.
All sales are final on custom orders, needles, patterns, notions, sale items and gift certificates. These items are non-returnable.
We cannot be responsible for shipping errors based on incorrect delivery information, or costs or damage related to these errors.
We are not responsible for items damaged in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier for all damaged item claims. Please contact us to purchase insurance on your purchase, if you believe that damage may be an issue.
