What if I want to purchase something on the website and pick it up at the retail shop downtown? Can you do that?
Absolutely! Lots of our customers shop online and then pickup at the shop. Select the 'Local Pickup' option in the shipping box at check out and you will not be charged for shipping. Your order will be pulled from the shop, packaged and ready for you to pickup at your convenience.
How do I find out about shop events, sales and other shop happenings?
We have a monthly newsletter that details shop events, sales, and other goings on in the fiber industry. Sign up for the newsletter in the signup box on the shop homepage. We are also on social media. Follow us on Ravelry, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Tumblr, for shop news.
If I buy too much yarn for a project and want to return it, can I?
We will be happy to accept your return for a full refund/store credit within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Yarn must be in original condition, with packaging, ball band, etc, in tact. Wound yarn cannot be returned. Yarn cannot smell of smoke or contain pet dander. Sale yarns, needles, notions and patterns cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I get shop help on a project or pattern?
We would love to help you stay on track with your project. If you purchased the yarn and pattern here at the shop, we can take a quick look and see what's up. If the fix/assist will take more than a few minutes or if you are trying to learn a new technique, stitch, etc., then we will suggest that you schedule an individual lesson. If you did not purchase your supplies at the shop, then you will need to schedule a lesson for assistance. Thank you for understanding that same-day/immediate assistance may not be available.
